About Bloom Psychometrics
Bloom Psychometrics was founded on the belief that every person has unique strengths waiting to be discovered.

Bloom Psychometrics is founded by Marianné van den Berg (PMT 0104582), a qualified psychometrist with a strong academic foundation and a deep passion for people development.
Marianné completed her undergraduate degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and Labour Relations, graduating Cum Laude. She further completed her Honours degree in Industrial Psychology and passed her Board Examination in Psychometrics on her first sitting.
Her professional focus lies in helping individuals better understand themselves — their strengths, preferences, and potential. Marianné believes that when people have clarity about who they are, they are empowered to make confident and aligned decisions.
She is committed to ethical practice, professionalism, and creating a safe space for honest self-discovery.
